Support for expatriates in Paris and Noisy-le-Sec
As a Franco-British national, I also support the expat community living in Paris or Seine-Saint-Denis, in French or English.
Moving to a new country is often an enriching experience, but it can also feel disorienting. Daily life may become complicated: navigating administrative procedures, adapting to new cultural habits, or feeling lost and out of place. On a deeper level, being away from familiar surroundings, your native language, or your usual support network can intensify the challenge.
Living between two cultures can unsettle your sense of balance, yet it is also a deeply human experience that raises important questions about identity, belonging, and meaning.
Having a foot in both cultures myself, I understand these transitions and tensions.
My role is to offer a space where you can express yourself freely, in your language, and receive sensitive, understanding support as you navigate this journey.

Living Between Two Cultures
Moving to a new country can be enriching, but it can also be destabilizing. When your familiar anchors shift, a sense of disconnection sets in. Gestalt therapy provides a space to explore your experience in the moment, make sense of it, and regain more solid footing.
between two worlds.
How Gestalt Therapy Can Support You?
Gestalt therapy places great importance on your lived experience in the present moment, your emotions, bodily sensations, and the way you relate to the world.
During expatriation, these familiar reference points can be deeply unsettled: what was once familiar becomes uncertain, and new ways of being and connecting emerge. Gestalt provides a space to explore your experience, make sense of it, and gradually regain stronger footing within yourself and your environment.
In this supportive space, we focus on what is happening for you in the moment: your emotions, questions, sensations, and the ways you engage with your new surroundings. Expatriation can be a period of great vulnerability, but also an opportunity to reconnect with and better understand yourself.
